The minimum age to rent an ACCESS vehicle is 21 years of age. However, drivers 21 to 24 years may pay an additional charge.

An additional authorized driver must satisfy the age requirements of Access, have a valid drivers license and must meet other rental requirements. An additional authorized driver 21 to 24 years of age , may be required to pay an additional fee.

Limitations are based on states authorized by renting location (contact location for details).

Access offers no charge pick ups and drop offs within a limited distance of each Location. Contact rental office directly for this service.

A renter or additional drivers, must present at time of rental with a drivers license that is valid for the entire rental period.

Access accepts foreign-issued licenses with a valid passport.

Infant and toddler seats are available at Access locations.

Access allows debit card usage and cash rentals without a major credit card (restrictions apply and must be pre approved). Contact the rental office you intend to rent from for qualification and reservations.

At time of rental, Access offers for purchase at the option of renter,Collision Damage Waiver (CDW),Collision Compressive Deductible Waiver(CCDW). The cost of CDW and CCDW varies by vehicle category.

Some options may not be available at all Access locations.
(check with your insurance carrier to determine which coverage is needed.)

Full coverage insurance may be required on any vehicle. Check with the rental office for further information.

Van, SUV, truck and luxury vehicles require a 72 hour notice of cancellation to avoid loss of deposit.

A credit card deposit is required at time of reservation.

Luxury cars, trucks, vans and SUV vehicles require a deposit at time of reservation. Refund of deposit requires minimum of 72 hour cancellation notice.

Three (3) day rental minimum for luxury cars, trucks, vans and SUV vehicles.
